Kim Duquette, Legal Assistant
Mrs. Duquette holds a degree in Business Administration and has acted as Legal Administrator for Mr. Duquette’s office since 1992. Although she is unable to give legal advice, she will actively explain how Mr. Duquette generally conducts his practice. For example Kim will be able to help by….
- Assists in setting up DMV “APS” Hearings
- Scheduling appointments and informing clients of court dates
- Obtaining copies of police reports evidence
- Replying via e-mail, fax and telephone to incoming messages
- Assists in quoting fees and processing payments
- Preparing and presenting computer aided presentations in court and preparing exhibits for trial
- Building and maintaining the firms web site
- She also assists Mr. Duquette in drafting letters and documents for court

Karen Moffat, Legal Secretary
Ms. Moffat comes to my firm with 19 years of experience in the legal profession. Her knowledge of civil litigation and her excellent organizational skills helps me effectively move your case to settlement or trial. Her responsibility includes those traditional roles of a Legal Secretary such as:
- Researching the Law
- Drafting documents
- Organizing witnesses
- Calendaring dates
- Interviewing witnesses
Ms. Moffat is unable to give legal advise, but is able to keep clients updated on the status of their cases. Because of Karen’s helpful personality and desire to assist clients along with her extensive background, you can be assured of her commitment to your case!
